The sire FOR PLEASURE is known as one of the best sport stallions in the World. With his riders Lars Nieberg and Markus Ehning he won uncounted Grand Prix, 2 team gold medals at the Olympics 1996 and 2002, was 3 times European Champion with the German Team, 2 times German Champion, and much more. For Pleasures Win sum is €1.836.986, the second highest sum ever won by a German jumper. As a stallion For Pleasure is world class too. 187 offspring are competing in German competitions, including 23 horses jumping on the highest leve. 19 of For Pleasures sons are approved stallions. Several of his offspring are already jumping on international lebel like  For Fun 16 (Markus Ehning), Forsyth FRH (Toni Hassmann) and Farina 581 (R. Tebbel, who won the Grand Prix of Wiesbaden 2006. For Pleasure has a breeding index jumping of 153 and ranks 10th in Germany.

For Pleasure is bred from two of Oldenburg's most influential jumper stallions: Furioso II and Grannus. His sire FURIOSO II became the first Selle Francais in Oldenburg with a huge success. Furioso, based at the stud Vorwerk, was one of the most influencial jumping stallions in Oldenburg, siring many international show jumpers, who won more than € 3.6 million. He sired as well VOLTAIRE, who jumped internationally and is on of the best stallions in the Netherlands.

For Pleasure's dam GIGANTIN is a daughter of the famous GRANNUS, whose offspring won more than 3.4 Million Euros. Just to name a few of his internationally famous kids: Almox Grand Plaisir (L. Beerbaum), Burmah Grand Slam (Nick Skelton), Top Gun La Silla and many more dominated the jumping scene in the 90ies. 

Dam line:
For Eternity is a son of CONTIDA, who was very successfull in jumping jumper classes class 1.30m against the clock until she went back into breeding. No wonder - Contida's sire is the famous holsteiner CONTENDER, super star in delivering international jumpers like Checkmate (Michaels-Beerbaum), who already won more than 600.000 Euros and winner of the team gold medal European championship 2005 as well as the world cup qualification in Goetheborg and s'Hertogenbosch. Contenders approved son Montender was under Marco Kutscher German Champion in 2003, bronze medallist at the Olympics 2004 in Athens and double European Champion wiht team and individual in 2005. Constantin 24 jumps international with Ludger Beerbaum, winning e.g. in Calgary, CAN and Arezzo, ITA. Collin 7 won under the command of Toni Hassman, GER, three times the difficult Hamburger Derby.
Contenders approved sons are equally successful in and outside of Germany, like Concerto II (ZW 158), Conterno Grande (jumping internationally with Philip Weishaupt) or Contendro I (breeding index jumping 157).

Contender's sire CALYPSO II is one of the best sons of COR DE LA BRYERE and has a very high breeding index jumping of 144. He himself jumped a short time highest classes with Dr. Michael Rüping, GER unitil fully concentrating on his stallion career. He comes from one of the most succesful holsteiner marelines 6582. Calypso's was a very successfull broodmare, bringing 6 approved sons.

Contender's dam GOFINE descends form the holsteiner mare line 2472 and deliverd several top jumpers like Ulina (German champion with Susanne Behring), Largo, Frechdachs and Florenza as well as the approved stallion Cornetto by Caletto I, who has a high breeding index jumping of 137.

Contida's dam PANDURA is a daughter of the westfalian superstar PILOT, who delivered a great number of international winners and champions like Bugatti Pedro, winner of the team gold medal at the Olympics Seoul 1988 with Wolfgang Brinkmann or P.S. Priamos, successfull in the whole word for the German team with Dirk Hafemeister and Ludger Beerbaum. Pilot has a breeding index jumping of 140 and belongs to the top 5% of the German jumping sires. 

Pandura produced a full sister of Contida, Contessa, who is equally successful as a broodmare. Her son Quintender (sire: Quick Star) was qualifed for Bundeschampionat jumping 5year olds and won or was placed in several jumping tests up to cat. M. Another offspring of Contessa, Fortender, was the most expensive foal at the 2004 Westfalian elite auction, sold for €45.000 to a stud owner.

Pandura's dam GRANDHARA is a daughter of GOLDRAUSCH II, who was inbred  to  hannoverian trademark sire GOTTHARD.  In her damline we find two times the westfalian RADETZKY, whose sire RAMZES x is as well grandsire of RAMIRO.
