This filly shows has an outstanding pedigree with some of the best jumper blood in the world: Colman - Carthago - Capitol - Lord - Contender - Cor de la Bryere - Ramiro - Pilot.

Sire Colman is a shooting star among all Holstein stallions. Impressive appearance, clearly a performance horse. Energetic hind quarter action full of elasticity, jumping really sensational concerning capacity, leg technique and bascule. Already in his 100-day-performance-test Colman won the jumping part and placed in the top group over all. He is a son of the international show jumper Carthago (alias Visa Carthago Z, Jos Lansink). Carthago is ranked third in the German Jumping Index with 157 points. Colman's dam’s sire Lord became one of the most famous stallions in the Holstein breed, known for top level jumpers like Livius (Peter Luther, GER).
Colman has already produced more than 15 high quality licensed sons. The eldest offspring were in 2007 very successful in basic jumping competitions and made their father one of the leading German stallions regarding the jumping index (147 points).

Dam Contessa was bred for top jumping herself, but due to lacking time of Peter Österdiekhoff was only started two times in base jumper tests. Her sire is the famous Holsteiner Contender, who produced a large number of international jumpers like Checkmate (Meredith Michaels- Beerbaum, GER), Montender (Double Gold at European Championship with Marko Kutscher, GER) or Collin, who won 3 times in a row the most difficult jumping competiton in the World, the Hamburger Derby with Toni Hassmann (GER).

Contessa's dam's sire is another world famous stallion - the Westphalian Pilot, who became the youngest millionaire by his offsprings winnings and produced top jumpers like Bugatti Pedro (Gold medaillist at Seoul 1988, Wolfgang Brinkmann, GER), P.S. Priamos (Ludger Beerbaum, GER) or Isovlas Pialotta (4th at the Individuals WC 2006 Aachen).  Contessa's dam Pandura is a highly successfull broodmare, founding a new breeding line at the Österdiekhoff stable with her daugthers Contida and Contessa (both by Contender), who have successfull jumping offspring herself. Pandura's son Loretto 167 (born 1998) jumps successfully at highest classes (1.40+ m).

Contessa brought as well Quintender by Quickstar, born 2001, 2x qualified for Bundeschampionat Jumping, several winnings and placements in jumper tests, now already successfull at M** 1.35m with unlimited power. Offspring Fortender by For Pleasure was the top foal of the NRW elite auction 2004 (€45.000), his right sister Fortessa by For Pleasure (born 2005) was sold at NRW elite auction too.
