Quintender, born 2001 by Quick Star x Contender x Pilot, now starts in international competitions cat 1.40 and higher with his rider Maurice Ruisbroek (NL). He already had clear rounds in a S** cat. 1.45 competitions and shows his enormous jumping power.

Lorenzo won silver at German Championships Jumping

Lorenzo 208 by Lord Caletto - Pilot out of the famous breeding stud Heinz Österdiekhoff, won the silver medal at the German Championships Jumpers with his rider Christian Ahlmann. 4 clear rounds and only beaten by milliseconds, they took the 2nd place in the German Championship in Gera this year.

Quintender qualified for Bundeschampionat Jumping 2007

Quintender by Quick Star - Contender was placed 2nd with 8.2 at Springpferde Kl. M Qualification for German Bundeschampionat Springpfede (German championship for young jumpers) in Exter and so was qualified for the Championship for young German jumpers in Warendorf.

Yesterday morning Contida by Contender - Pilot gave birth to a wonderful brown colt by For Pleasure. ein prächtiges Hengstfohlen von FOR PLEASURE zur Welt. This colt is bred for success in jumping, as he descends from a successful jumper bloodline.

His sire For Pleasure is one of the most successful sport stallions of the world, celebrating many international winnings including Olympic Games, Word Championships and more with his riders Lars Nieberg and Markus Ehning, Germany.

Dam Contida herself proved her jumping powers as 6 and 7 year old, winning 12 out 13 starts in advanced classes in one season. Her mother Pandura jumped successfully in advanced classes too, no wonder, her sire is Pilot, one of the best jumper producers in the international scene.

Contida produces as well the Bundeschampionats jumper Pro-Misse (by Pro Pilot I) and Coeur de Mari (by Calido), who was placed 3rd in the Westfalian Free Jumping Competition 2006 and already won several jumper tests (Springpferdeprüfungen).

Pandura by Pilot got a wonderful filly

Last night, our 19 year old mare Pandura by Pilot brought a filly. The sire of the brown filly is Chardon, with whom Pandura already produced some foals, e.g. Coco Chanel 105, who already got her first placements in jumper tests.

The filly comes from a very successful jumper bloodline. Pandura is as well mother of the successfull broodmares and jumpers Contida and Contessa by Contender, whose oldest progeny equally successfull started in jumper competions, Bundeschampionat and advanced levels.

Breeder Heinz Österdiekhoff ranked no. 23 in 2006 in Germay

The official yearbook of the German FN shows it: Heinrich (Heinz) Österdiekhoff is ranked number 23 of all German Jumper Breeders with a total of 27.350 Points.

A huge part in this success take the international results of the gelding Lorenzo 208 (by Lord Caletto, dam Penelope by Pilot - Frühlingsball). Lorenzo won under his German rider Christian Ahlmann €59.755 in international competitions, including two winnings in Arezzo (Italy), 1st place in GP Affalterbach, 2nd in Hamburg and many more.

Another jumper at highest level bred by Mr. Österdiekhoff is Proletto (by Pro Pilot I from our dam Aletta), who won several S-classes with his young rider Maximilian Ziegler.

Quintender achieved first placements under new rider

Since January 2007 Quintender by Quick Star - Contender has a new rider, Manuel Schwarzenberg, Delbrück. In their first competition at the Wintertour Kreuth they could immediately gain two second placements in Springpferdeprüfung Kl. L and M (advanced jumper test.)

Quintender, born 2001 by Quick Star x Contender x Pilot, and his new rider Mathias Berenbrinker had immediate success: in their first competition together, a cat. 1.35m (M/A) jumping against the clock they became 3rd with a fast a clear round at the indoor horse show in Paderborn.

Peter Österdiekhoff and Coeur de Mari (by Calido - Contender - Pilot) had a good start into the season 2009 with another clear round and placement in class M* (cat. 1.30m) at the indoor Paderborn horseshow.

Caretto became fifth at the freejumping competition for the area Paderborn.

Coletta was sold to nice people who really care for her.

Coeur de Chardon is now mounted by Mariella Österdiekhoff. The couple had a good start at an internal A-Class competition in Ostenland with a clear round.

Tonight the first foal has arrived: Aletta came down with a bay colt by the holsteiner superstud Colman (Carthago - Lord), who has a breeding index jumping of 148 points and belongs to the top 5% of all german jumper stallions.

The pretty colt called Calle Cool for sure he has the same beautiful head like his sire and already shows a superb neck and great gaits - stallion power already!!

Two wonderful fillies

In April we got two wonderful fillies out of our Contender full sisters.

Claire by Clearway out of Contida (Contender x Pilot) bay filly

Clarissa by Casall la Silla (Rolf Göran Bengtson) out of Contessa (Contender x Pilot) bay filly by the holsteiner

Both dams have already offspring jumping with 7 years in th highest classes, just like her dam Pandura by Pilot, who jumped like daughter Contida herself on M-class until she was hurst.

Quintender placed in S* (1.40m)

Quintender by Quick Star gained his first S-placements under his new rider Jana Schumacher, who rides for the family Müller from the Rhön. They became 3rd in S*-class cat. 1.40 m 2-Phase jump at the show in Küps.

Coeur de Mare won M* with jump off

In June and Juli Coeur de Mari and Peter won M*-competition with jump off (cat. 1.30m) in Verl with two clear rounds, became second (two clear rounds ) in another M* with jump off in Ostenland, was 7th in a1.35m M** class and started in their first 1.40m competition (S*-class) with just on little fault on the second last jump.

Peter Österdiekhoff and Coeur de Mari (by Calido - Contender - Pilot) had a good start into the outdoor season 2009 with their first start in class M** (cat. 1.35m - 1.40m) and the immediate success of becoming 4th after jump off at the horse show in Bad Lippspringe. They had already gained a 3rd in a 1.30m competition against the clock a day earlier and were the only couple being placed in both M* and M**.

Peter Österdiekhoff and Coeur de Mari (by Calido - Contender - Pilot) now start in cat. 1.30 competitions. They already got several placements in Springpferdeprüfung Klasse M (jumper test cat. 1.30m), e.g. 2nd place in Delbrück (8.0 points), 2nd place Schloß Holte, as well as many high placements and winnings in cat. 1.20 (e.g. 1st place Stilspringprüfung Kl. L in Schlangen).

Many rounds were cleared faultless, Mari jumping extremely well and with excellent bascule and jumping power. Peter trains her carefully for jumping more and more - and of course faster - against the clock. And does so successfully. Claudia Müller, Peter's sister and proud owner of Coeur de Mari states " Mari is not only a beautiful horse, she also has a lot of jumping power just like her dam Contida, who was equally succesfull at 1.30m level with Peter when 6 years old before my father returned her into breeding. Mari seems to follow her footstep - but will continue competing, and I hope next year in her first 1.40m competitions. She can do it - I saw her jumping 1.55m clear with Peter at our trainings course at home."
